About us

I’m a group fitness instructor at LA Fitness teaching Kickbox Cardio, and I’m also an educator. I teach with a real body and real health challenges. I’m a cancer survivor post stem cell transplant, currently navigating menopausal weight gain and osteoporosis. Because of that, I understand firsthand what it feels like when your body changes and traditional fitness spaces don’t always feel accessible.

So, I’m bringing my workouts online for people who need low-impact, realistic movement for real-life bodies in midlife and beyond.

My goal is simple: to support your health first-helping you feel stronger, more energized, and more confident without the pressure of intense workouts or feeling out of place in a gym. I come from a dance background, so I focus on posture, alignment, and moving in a way that feels safe and sustainable.

My classes are a mix of gentle cardio, light strength training, and mobility work, with plenty of modifications so you can go at your own pace. There’s no jumping, no complicated choreography, and no judgment. Right now, there are no floor exercises, and core work is done standing. Light dumbbell weights are optional.

This space is especially for those navigating:
• Menopausal weight gain and body changes that feel frustrating or unfamiliar
• Osteoporosis and the need to move more carefully
• Recovery or rebuilding after major health challenges, including cancer survivorship
• Starting over with fitness after time away
• Wanting something safe, simple, and sustainable instead of extreme

After my cancer journey, I truly believe fitness should support your health and meet you where you are.
