Join me from the comfort of your own home for a 40 minute supportive, full-body workout designed for real bodies and real life. This class blends low-impact cardio, strength training with dumbbells (dumbbells are not required if you’re looking for gentle movement/stretch) and a relaxing stretch to leave you feeling stronger, more energized, and refreshed.

We’ll begin with a gentle cardio warm-up, then move into alternating rounds of strength and light cardio to build muscle and boost your heart rate-without overwhelming your joints. We’ll finish with a soothing stretch to help improve flexibility and reduce tension. This initial class is meant to share tips for posture and form to prevent injury.

What you’ll need:

  • Light to moderate dumbbells
  • Water
  • A mat or soft surface
