If you’re over 45 and tired of being treated like your best years are behind you—welcome home.
This group is for bold, brilliant, fire-in-the-belly women in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond who want to move, sweat, connect, and rewrite the damn story about what “aging” looks like.
We don’t do diet culture. We don’t do shame. We don’t do “low expectations.” All women are welcome, no matter your race, gender preference, or beliefs. Those things are NOT the focus for this group of strong women.
We do fun yet effective exercise, resistance training (Light weights/Body weight), walking, running, hiking, beach workouts, bootcamps, stretch/recovery, and honest conversations, women support (Hormonal/Menopause), belly laughs, and real transformation—inside and out.
You don’t need to be fit to join. You just need to be done playing small. Fed up with the fads and the noise, and ready for excitement and community.
Each weekly session is themed, fun, and fierce. If you feel like your fire’s gone dim, this group is the lighter.

STRONG AF is my kickoff fitness session for Midlife Muscle & Mojo, a new weekly wellness collective for bold, brilliant women in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond.Welcome Ladies! This isn’t just a feel-good meetup—it’s a real, full-body experience designed for strong, evolving women.
Conducted outdoors for fresh air and sunshine. Great for the soul. Each week offers a different fitness theme. I will conduct these meetings at various parks, on the beach, in my residence community, or at times indoors.
Because sessions are conducted outdoors bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and a light set of dumbbells or bands (if you have them, totally optional). Comfortable shoes and your favorite “let’s do this” attitude are highly encouraged.
Come join the fun and sweat, laugh, and reconnect with your strongest self.
