A Laugh Circle is 60 minutes of fun interactive games designed to get us all laughing together. Laughter is recognized by science as a powerful medicine. From strengthening our immune system to stress relief, laughter exercises every organ in our body including our brains.
Instructor Katina Andoniadis performed with the comedy troupe Human Comedy and developed laughter workshops for over 30 years. Katina has witnessed first-hand the wondrous affects laughter has on people from all walks of life.
NOTE: There is a charge for this event* -- register with and pay the venue directly
