To make sure we get started on time try to come 10 minutes early but don't eat less than two hours before 8am. Testing and food don't mix together. Same thing goes for hydration. You want to be hydrated but don't chug lots of water before we meet.
We will start promptly at 810 am with the warmup and be wrapped up before 9am. 8-810 will be a time to hangout, get to know each other, etc.
We will test only three things.
- Cardio endurance
- Upper body strength
- Lower body strength
This will be a fun, challenging, time well worth it. :)
