Kirtan Mantra Meditation with Midnight Mala ๐ŸŒ™

Friday the 13th! Join us for an evening of live music, mantra meditation, cacao, and community with Midnight Mala at Vitalize Community & Healing Arts Studio.

Friday the 13th has a little extra magic this time around! ๐ŸŒ™ In Hindu traditions, Shiva represents transformation, the dissolution of what no longer serves us, and the possibility of new beginnings. A fitting theme for an evening of music, meditation, and connection.

What is Kirtan?

Kirtan is a shared musical meditation rooted in the ancient practice of call and response chanting. Together, weโ€™ll explore traditional mantras accompanied by handpans, harmonium, drums, flutes, didgeridoo, percussion, and voice.

Some moments are soft and meditative, while others build into joyful, energetic expressions of music and community.

No experience necessary!

You donโ€™t need to know the mantras, be a singer, or follow any particular spiritual tradition. Whether youโ€™re curious about meditation, love live music, or simply want to connect with others, youโ€™re welcome here.

Sing, listen, meditate, move, dance, or simply be present.
