🕣 7:30AM: Calentamiento e inicio del trote
🕘 8:30AM: Fin del trote, estiramientos, selección de los 5 últimos accesos al Coffee Party
🕤 9:00AM: Acceso al Coffee party solo para los seleccionados

Shake Out CHARLY© — runner power! 🏃‍♂️

We are going to loosen up our legs before the Mexico City Half Marathon on Sunday, July 13th. We'll be running with flags 🏴, CHARLY© clothing, and the best sound from the PartyBag 🔊, our backpack-speaker!
This Shake Out Run will end with a Coffee Party limited to 20 selected participants. To win access to this experience with CHARLY© gifts after your run, come to upcoming Midnight Runners events and upload stories to your Instagram.
We will select the top 5 winners on Friday, June 27th, and the 5 additional winners at the end of the 5km Shake Out Run.

🕢 7:00 AM: Check-in with a captain (organizer wearing a green sash) and cloakroom opening at Café Berlín, Tonalá 145, Roma Norte
🕣 7:30 AM: Warm-up and start of the run
🕘 8:30 AM: End of the run, stretching, selection of the last 5 entries to the Coffee Party
🕤 9:00 AM: Start of the Coffee Party, with access limited to the winners of the challenge

🏃 Distance: 5km
📍 Route: through Condesa, our live location will be shared in Telegram
🙆 Body-weight exercise breaks: 1
⏱️ Pace: as quick or as slow as you wish, just run and have fun!
