Abstract
Today’s .NET applications and infrastructures run across hybrid and cloud-native environments, making security and reliability harder than ever. Threat actors are smarter, systems are more distributed, and downtime directly impacts business and customer trust. Traditional system administration isn’t enough anymore — we need a new approach that blends cybersecurity practices with observability to keep our .NET platforms resilient.
In this session, we’ll explore how developers, sysadmins, and DevOps engineers can evolve into proactive defenders by integrating logging, telemetry, and security monitoring into daily system management. With real-world .NET examples, you’ll learn how to monitor critical services, automate baselines, and connect observability signals with potential attack patterns — all while maintaining developer velocity and system performance.
We’ll also look at practical ways to reduce mean-time-to-detect (MTTD), streamline compliance, and build more secure, reliable .NET environments that scale.
