I ride every weekend from Midvale City Park and am looking for people to join; we keep a conversational pace of about 12–16 mph so you can get a morning workout while still having plenty of time left in the day. This ride is also on bccutah.org.

The ride begins with an easy roll through neighborhoods, then climbs around Dimple Dell Park. We follow Wasatch Boulevard for a stretch before descending Creek Road, with a few short climbs along the way.
What to bring:
Bring lights for the first ~45 minutes in case it's still dark. Also bring a helmet (required), pump, tools, a spare tube, water, and appropriate clothing. Layers are your friend!
Safety & etiquette:
Single-file on busy streets, call out hazards, obey traffic laws.
