22 Mile Morning Ride

Start the year right with a bike ride! I'll be riding every weekend from Midvale City Park, and am looking for people to join me. We will be riding a conversational pace (12-16 mph avg). The idea is to get in some exercise early in the morning, so that there is still plenty of time left in the rest of the day.

This ride starts slow rolling through neighborhoods before climbing up around dimple dell park, before enjoying a fun swooping downhill to 700 E, which we will cruise back on.
What to bring:
Bring lights for the first ~45 minutes of the ride, as it may still be dark! Then Helmet (required), pump, tools, spare tube, water, and appropriate clothes.

Single-file on busy streets, call out hazards, obey traffic laws
