Welcome to Midweek Coherence Circle.

This is a gentle weekly online gathering for anyone who wants a midweek reset for presence, peace, and emotional balance.

Each Wednesday evening, we come together on Zoom to pause, breathe, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with a steadier inner rhythm. The intention of this circle is simple: to offer a consistent space for calm, coherence, and shared presence in the middle of everyday life.

This is not a performance space, and it is not a place where anyone needs to have meditation experience. You are welcome exactly as you are.

My hope is to build a sincere, grounded community centered around inner balance, compassion, and emotional steadiness. I’m a certified HeartMath trainer, and I offer this circle in a spirit of service, support, and shared practice.

There is no fee to attend. If you feel moved to support the circle, there will be an optional donation link as a simple energetic exchange, but everyone is welcome whether or not they contribute.
