This weekly online circle is a space to slow down, breathe, and return to greater presence, peace, and emotional balance. Each session includes a guided coherence-based meditation, quiet reflection, and optional sharing at the end.
This gathering is open to everyone. No prior meditation experience is needed.

I’m a certified HeartMath trainer, and I offer this circle as a simple, supportive midweek practice for anyone seeking calm, grounding, and inner steadiness.
