This group is here for people of a similar age and stage in life to meet, connect, and socialise. The age range is just for guidance to manage expectations.
Note: We do not promote this group on WhatsApp or any other channel where mobile numbers can be easily exposed. Like to keep this simple and safe.
We've had a fantastic launch event since Sum🙌 decided to hand over the reins after six years of running the group to someone else to volunteer to keep it going. It's also great that some of the team are also willing to assist with co-hosting and keeping the momentum of the group active 🙏 And recently it's been great to develop relationships with other hosts from other groups to co-organise or cross post.
So, what to expect?
🍻 Midweek drinks events at different locations across the city
🏠 Opportunities to host/co-host your own events (must be adult only)
🍴 Group dinners at local restaurants
🧩 Game nights with board games or joining a weekly quiz night once in a while
New to Meetup?
Attending your first Meetup can be a bit nerve-wracking but rest assured they'll be lots of lovely people on hand to put you at ease 😄
