Sunset River & Wetland Area Hike at Parkville

Let’s hike 3-4 miles along the Mighty Missouri River, and through the Platte Landing wetland area. The sunflowers and other wetland grasses are full height and the sunset should be spectacular over the water.

No dogs.

The trail is primarily flat with crushed rock.

Plan on hiking a casual to moderate pace and staying with the group. Anyone running late can catch up with us on the trail.

Meet by the orange vehicle barricades on the street, near the parking lot entrance, bridge over the creek, and bathrooms where the Pin points on the map.
