Weston Bend State Park ‘Fall Colors II’ Hike, with optional O’Malley’s Pub after

Let’s hike the asphalt, and dirt trails that will take us atop the bluff, and to the observation deck for scenic views of the Mighty Missouri River and fall foliage, then head over to O’Malley‘s Pub for optional eats and drink.

We’ll hike around 4 miles..

No dogs.

It would be best to arrive a bit early in case the parking lot is full, and we need to park up the hill by the dog park and walk down to the meeting point.

Meet at the trailhead sign by the parking lot where the pin points on the map. We’ll head out clockwise after a group photo and first name introductions.

The trails have some steep areas that could be slick from condensation, moss and debris. Dirt trails have some rocks and stumps.

Plan on hiking casual to moderate pace and staying together as a group. We’ll stop occasionally to take in the sights and catch our breath.
