Let’s walk the Riverfront and Levee trails at Riverside, MO for 4-5 miles.

No dogs.

We’ll begin on level asphalt with two gradual inclines to the levee. Then we’ll hike the levee topped with crushed rock to the I-635 bridge and turn around and come back. Anyone running late can head out on the trail and catch us on the return trip.

Map directions will take you to the Rockridge Recycling Center which you will drive by on your way to the trail head parking lot.

Going East out of Parkville on 9 Highway, look for the paved road just past KC Propane (big round white storage tanks) on the right. Turn south and across the tracks, then veer right along the cedar trees and find the parking lot on the left. We'll meet at the trail head on the far side of the lot where the pin points on the map.

Be prepared to walk a casual to moderate pace and stay together as a group.

After a brief hello, description of the event and first name introductions, will head South on the trail.
