I’m Raz a movement and yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience studying and practicing in India, the birthplace of yoga. I’ve taught internationally and worked with people from many backgrounds, helping them move with greater ease, awareness, and confidence.
I’ve recently made Milan my home, and as an international teacher now based here, I would love to build a welcoming community through regular movement, breath, and mindful practice.
These sessions are especially designed for people navigating daily modern life long hours at a desk, office work, stress, and tension from sitting or repetitive movement.

What to expect
These sessions blend:
* Mobility work to improve joint health, coordination, and ease of movement
* Flexibility training to safely release tension from daily posture and gradually increase range of motion
* Breathwork & mindfulness to regulate the nervous system and support mental clarity and stress relief
No experience or flexibility is required — the practice is fully adaptable to all levels.

About the class
Each 60-minute session is a complete guided practice designed to help you feel better in your body — not only during the class, but in your daily life.
We move through:
* Gentle warm-up and joint preparation
* Controlled mobility sequences to counteract stiffness from sitting and office work
* Deep stretching targeting common tight areas (hips, back, shoulders, neck)
* Breath awareness to reduce stress and reset the mind after a busy day
* Guided relaxation to integrate the practice and calm the nervous system
The approach is slow, mindful, and progressive, focusing on quality of movement rather than intensity or performance.
