Join power yogini Arezoo for a dynamic and empowering session designed to help you build foundational strength, improve alignment, and develop confidence in arm balancing. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your technique, this workshop is perfect for all levels, especially beginner yoga or animal flow practitioners.
