This will be a gentle, welcoming session to help you connect with your breath, stretch your body, and build a solid foundation in yoga.

👉 Please bring: a yoga mat or towel, water, and comfy clothes. Insect repellent also helps a lot as Milan is full of bothersome mosquitos.
