We will meet at Toasted Cafe at 9am to enjoy a coffee and chat before heading out to the trailhead around 9:30am-10:00am. There is parking behind the building in Wichita Metro Parking Lot. Check Google maps for more parking options if needed.
Get to know this 6.1-mile out-and-back trail near Manitou Springs, Colorado. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 3 h 55 min to complete. This is a very popular area for hiking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are May through October. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.
We are enforcing a 2 Strike rule for No-Call-No-Shows. Second strike and you will be removed from the group. We will now be having a sign in sheet for most events. It will be located with the nametags. Hosts will make an effort to remind people to sign in. But, going forward, it will be each guests responsibility to make sure they write their name (however you come up on meetup).
