July Keto~Paleo~Low Carb Life meetup at Silver Vines Winery!

Hello friends!!

First of all, we've hit 300 members and that is SUPER EXCITING!! I hope to meet all you newbies soon! As you can see, we took just a brief pause ~ I got married and launched my online shop (mindfulhaus.com - love for you to check it out!) ~ and I am SO excited to reconnect with you all!

Our last get together at Silver Vines was our biggest one yet, and it was so fun to try out everyone's low carb goodies! So, we're going to do it again!

Please bring your favorite keto/paleo/low carb snacks or desserts to share! Outside food is welcome in the winery.

*Also please let me know if you all would like to plan a summer picnic during a Wed or Thu evening in July/Aug and if you have good ideas for location. We might schedule for the park in downtown Golden, but open to suggestions! Any other ideas - shoot me a message!
