Bear Creek Lake Park Bike Ride
Details
We'll meet up at the Cottontail lot. After you come through the entrance stay straight-leftish at the stop sign and then the Cottontail lot will be the first one on your right. I tried my best with the pin placement, but it may not be exact.
After brief introductions we'll take a loop around the park starting up and down Mt. Carbon. On the other side of Mt. Carbon are some fun and slightly more engaging lines we can lap on the way out.
Depending on what the final route looks like I'm estimating 10 to 15 miles total and trying to keep a business casual to moderate pace.
This is single track dirt and loose gravel the entire time but not super technical or difficult. Most people I see out there are on 27.5" tires with a front shock. I ride it on my 90's rigid steel frame with no shocks and 26" tires.
If you have any questions feel free to ask.
Please note this park is NOT included in the State Park Pass and requires a $10 day pass fee if you do not have an annual pass for this park.
