Come relax with sauna, steam room and massages. I picked Wednesday as they have the most therapists available that day.
You can make a reservation for a massage of your choice (check out their menu online) at their website. They have 30" Swedish massage at $51. Then add on of foot, scalp about $17 each. We don't have to do the hours long more expensive massages.
They have all kinds of services for both men and women!
