Fayetteville Independent Light Infantry Armory and Museum Open House

The Fayetteville Independent Light Infantry (F.I.L.I.) Armory and Museum is holding an open house on Friday, 7 October. This museum is normally closed to the public so if you can get off early on a Friday, will definitely be worth a visit.

F.I.L.I. is the oldest Southern military unit in continuous existence since its formation in 1793 with the signing of the Militia Act by then President George Washington. The museum houses artifacts from the unit's founding to the present.
