What we’re about

We'll gather twice a month in a private, intimate space in the Brookline/Allston or Cambridge/Somerville zones, over simple food and drink.

1-2 group members will be featured at each meeting in one of two ways:

1. He might share something he's passionate about -- a project, a meaningful belonging, anything at all.

Possibilities....

- I forage for edible plants and mushrooms in my spare time.
- I love planning scavenger hunts.
- I'm planning an epic trip to a new place.
- I inherited a treasured family heirloom.
- I speak eight languages.
- I have an exercise routine that really works for me.
- I just discovered landscape painting.

2. She might introduce a topic for discussion that's on her mind.

- I've been noticing recently how much my friend group is very siloed....
- I'm an only child and I've always wondered what it's like to have siblings....
- I've been thinking about the relationship between "high" and "low" culture/art....
- I've been thinking about competition and it's role in driving me and also as an obstacle to some things....

If you're interested in coming to a show-and-tell, that probably means that you'd be interested in showing-and-telling at some point. If you want to come for a while just to be a participant and get a feel for it, that's also great. And if you don't quite fit the generational box "Millenial" (29-44, in 2025), of course you're welcome to join in.

There are no fees to attend. Donations will be welcomed but not expected or required at each meeting, to meet the monthly cost of sustaining the organizer membership.

If you're interested in sharing in one of the first few meetings, send the organizer a message or leave a note in the chat.
