Join us for a Lunch Bunch conversation with Jennifer Arnold, Assistant City Manager for the City of McKinney, as she shares an inside look at the growth and development shaping our community.
McKinney’s growth is driven by intentional choices about where and how we invest. This presentation will highlight key development projects and public investments, offering a high-level look at how the city is balancing opportunity, infrastructure, and community character. Attendees will gain valuable insight into what’s happening now and what’s on the horizon for one of the fastest-growing cities in North Texas.
Jennifer Arnold serves as Assistant City Manager for the City of McKinney, where she helps lead the city’s growth, development, and reinvestment efforts. She has been with the organization since 2007 and has played a key role in many of the projects shaping McKinney today, including the ONE McKinney 2040 Comprehensive Plan Update and the New Code McKinney UDC Initiative. Jennifer oversees the Development Services Department, Housing and Community Development Department, and the City Secretary’s Office, bringing extensive experience in planning, historic preservation, and downtown development.
