This meetup group is for organising participants in the Milton Keynes Hackathons. It's for anyone interested in Milton Keynes or hacking technology. People should join if they want to help the MK community through data and technology. We're working with the MK:Smart project, making Milton Keynes a smart city.

Hackathons are events where a group of programmers, developers, engineers, designers, and users get together to develop a prototype product or service. 

Our hackathons are about improving the Milton Keynes community and environment. We're open to ways to do that, though the hackathons are focused on one particular topic or application.
