This is a beginner to intermediate yoga class. Some prior experience is recommended. The studio has mats, blocks, blankets, and many other props to help create the best yoga experience for yourself.
Vinyasa flow yoga is a more physical practice in which the student links postures together through fluid movements, connecting one pose to the next while syncing breath to movement. This practice will help to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. If you’re looking to challenge your practice physically and keep up mentally this class is for you!
In Vinyasa Level 1/2 the student can expect a slower to moderately paced vinyasa class. Ideal for the student who is newer to the vinyasa style of Yoga. Modifications will be given for a variety of experience levels with a focus on proper alignment.
The class takes place at MEND yoga studio and to participate in class you will need to sign up via MEND's website or register before class. Please go to this site https://www.mendstudio.com/Yoga, scroll to Monday's class 6pm and select sign up. It will direct you to a site to register and pay for a class pass.
