Join us to talk, connect and share tips and resources for living in a bendy body. I hope to do some movement, foam rolling and fascia work with tennis balls. I also hope to talk about what I do, talk about yoga and how to practice safely and for stability rather than flexibility, breath work, meditation and nervous system regulation. We can also have open conversation, and to find out what people want from this group so we can do great stuff moving forward. Let's build community!
