Welcome to Wednesday Flows, where we will be working on our body's breath and continual movement.

This practice is designed to get the blood flowing, and allow us to not only better understand the movement that we ask of our bodies, but also get better control of it.

This practice will encourage you to get ahold of your body's internal mechanics, and maintain better control of the way it moves.

Come join us for an invigorating practice, and dive into yourself, as we fire up our physical natures, in order to be able to increase our own mobility and flexibility.

THINGS TO NOTE:
1.) Although I am an aspiring Yogi, who will be going through the Yoga Teacher Training this upcoming Year, NONE OF US ARE CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS, AND EACH PERSON IS WELCOME TO SET THEIR OWN PACE throughout the Yoga Practices that are being shown.

2.) The Quakers are so very generous, as to allow us to use the space, FREE OF CHARGE, so if you are able to, at the practice, I will have an envelope where any and all donations are welcome, so that way we can continue to use their space.

3.) Lastly, as you may know, there is an annual meetup fee, that goes with running a group. If you're able to, please consider donating $1 one dollar towards the Annual Meetup fee using the following link, as
