In our daily lives, we can develop and strengthen five positive mindsets—known as the Five Forces. These tools empower us to maintain a peaceful mind, even during challenging times. By integrating these forces into our spiritual practice, we accelerate our personal growth and shield ourselves from suffering.
Schedule
Session One: 10am - 11am
Session Two: 11:30 - 12:30pm

This day course is led by Lowanna Mobley, a long time student of Kadampa Buddhism and Educational Coordinator for Meditation Center Madison. Classes include teaching & guided meditation.
Everyone welcome! No previous experience needed.
