Mat Pilates at Estabrook Park

Join in 50 Minutes of Mat Pilates. Strengthen, lengthen, and stretch while enjoying the outdoors.

All levels of experience are welcome! Anyone can enjoy the challenge and positive effects of pilates.

Bring your own mat and a towel to use as a prop.

Fee of $10 to help cover MeetUp subscription costs.

Park near the dog park on Estabrook Parkway, or in the parking lot south of the pond and dog park.

We gather on the south side of the pond near the flag pole and park buildings.
