Details

We run 2-8 miles on routes near Lake Park. Routes vary weekly. All routes have a shorter distance option for beginners / slower runners.

The Monday run also features a Couch to 5k group every week. Beginner runners are ALWAYS welcome!

If this is your first time, ask for Veronica or Patrick. We'd be happy to explain all the options and do our best to match you up with someone your speed and distance.

There are always a multitude of pace groups to run with ranging from glacial, to turtle to average to contender. We don't judge (unless you don't show up).

After the run we meet back at the Pavilion to do planks, stretch, socialize, and answer trivia questions.
