This OMG run is every Friday at 6 am, leaving from Humboldt Park (Logan and Idaho) for a three to six mile lakefront run. We try to have 2 pace groups: of approx. 10 and 8 min/miles, depending on who attends. If it's your first time at this run, ask for James or Jonathan.
