This OMG run is every Friday at 6 am, leaving from the corner of Logan and Idaho for 3-6 mile lakefront run. We try to have 2 pace groups: of approx. 10 and 8 min/miles, depending on who attends. If it's your first time at this run, ask for James or Jonathan.
** Note-- the pin for this run is in the center of Humboldt Park. Do not meet us there at the center. Meet on the corner of Logan and Idaho.
