Yoga for runners features a series of poses and routines to loosen tight spots, strengthen weak spots, and make you a better, less injury-prone runner.

The classes are taught by Jodi Clark Kleinfeldt, an amazing Yoga instructor and longtime OMG member. Her practice will focus on poses helpful to runners and be offered in January 6, 13, 20, 27. February dates are TBD

The classes are held on the 2nd Floor at Northwoods. There is a large carpeted area suitable for the class. Class size is limited to 30 people.

We have yoga blocks you can borrow and a few yoga mats. We do suggest brining your own if your have them.
