Basic agenda is "TOP 10 problems with SCALING ", and the below items can be taken in any order per group voting -

Conversations can relate to all these and more: Crystal, DSDM, DAD, LeSS, SoS, SAFe, Nexus, XSCALE, etc.

As a Level-Set, can we agree that Lean-Agile-DevOps is fundamentally about this:

early/often value delivery, with focus and highest priority first, with minimal waste for Bzn & IT and the right-quality [per DoD]

TOP 10 things that people do not get right while scaling lean-agile-DevOps.

  1. Forgetting about the people side of using ANY framework within your company
2.a Not understanding the problems [the "bad WHY"]we are trying to solve by moving to Lean-Agile-DevOps
2.b. Not understanding the actual goals/benefits [the "good WHY"] of moving toward Lean-Agile-DevOps
3.a Companies declaring too-early you are already good at Lean-Agile-DevOps, yet little-to-no maturing/formal training/sharing/learning/growing has occurred in this way of working.
3.b. Using the framework [the practices part] without learning/ understanding all the underlying values/principles, as well as the anti-patterns across decades of Lean-Agile-DevOps attempts
  2. People who pretend to understand Lean-Agile-DevOps so they can get a better job, posting many false-hoods on their profiles
  3. thinking that "scrum" and "agile" are the same; that scrum is sufficient- "We are doing scrum, so therefore, we are agile.
  4. Not understanding that there is a chasm between traditional approach and Lean-Agile-DevOps [let's sprinkle agile dust and make our projects go faster]
  5. Not understanding that not everyone in your company really wants to work in a Lean-Agile-DevOps mode [these people may be unwilling for various reasons]
  6. There are MANY false ideas about what Lean-Agile-DevOps even is. E.g. They might say "Its about being flexible" ..., and then they twist that word to mean whatever they think/want
  7. "They" say Lean-Agile-DevOps will not work here, even though "They" know very little, or are perhaps jaded by a Sophomoric attempt in the past.
  8. ..Buzzwords....and ....Other observations you have..... /
