We will help you get clear on what is best for you, so you can feel less scattered, more present, and more aligned with your heart's desires.

Through a combination of embodiment exercises, energy healing, sound, and Tantric practices, you will be supported in stepping into your power and reconnecting with your soul. You will learn to receive more love, nurture, connect to your soul desires, and discover how to say yes to what truly serves you.
Our intention is to create a nurturing environment that empowers you to navigate boundaries with ease, embrace self-love, and receive the love and support you deserve. -Water bottle
-Yoga mat & props (blanket, blocks, meditation cushion, eye cover for your personal nest)
-Journal
-Dress comfortably and layers as you may feel hot/ cold
-Something for the altar (you will take your items home with you)
