As the creator of "The Connect Method", and an expert in connecting mind & body, I love dancing/moving w/ intention, through my problems, what I desire, or letting my unconscious work on what I want while my conscious mind & body dance. I find using mind & body together adds power to intentions.

I’m Martha, and for 35 years I’ve championed Somatic Movement Education & Therapy. My journey has led me to teach and research at top universities and develop methods like Dynamic Embodiment™ to deepen our understanding of the mind-body connection.
Why does this matter for you? Because graduates from my programs bring these approaches into all kinds of coaching – health, self-care, lifestyle, communication, career, leadership, and business – helping people feel safe, supported, and able to change.
I’ve also written several books, including Mindful Movement, founded Moving for Life to support cancer recovery, and advocated for somatic work internationally through public speaking workshops and arts initiatives like Global Water Dance.
With Active Embodiment for Coaches, I bring these decades of pioneering experience to you – so you can lead with presence, calm, and embodied magnetism.
