Meet with others who wish to learn more about bodywork, breath work, Core Energetics (body-oriented therapy), massage, somatics, movement and becoming more present and connected in mind-body. The focus here is education, stress reduction, healing and awareness.
It is about coming back into our bodies, our senses, enrich our experience in our lives. Life is more joyful when we are present in both our mind and body.
This group is dedicated to having ongoing conversations for all topics related to the mind-body connection.

In each round, Simon and Joel work together. Joel guides the meditation with words, creating trance. This group healing/guided meditation will bring deep healing, clearing, and transformation to the goal of your choice.
