Taking Care of you IS taking care of your baby.
That's our mantra at Mind Body Baby. We are a collective of local prenatal & postpartum practitioners (who are also mamas) wanting to create a regular nurturing, knowledgeable and judgement-free community with you.
This meetup is focused on our postpartum support group, for new (first year postpartum) and expecting (third trimester) parents of Charlotte searching for the community and knowledge that comes from having a village.
