What we’re about
This group is for any woman who has experienced trauma, Big "T" or Little "T". Which means it's for anyone who has had one or more big event, or ongoing stressful events in life that have taken away your sense of safety or security. If you find yourself still struggling with situations or people, and feel overwhelmed with emotion or bodily sensations at times you are welcome here. This group is for sharing, connecting, and learning, as well as practicing skills that will help you move through the emotional and mental weight of your experience.
