While technically this is just a dance/movement class (see below for description)

As the creator of "The Connect Method", and an expert in connecting mind & body, I love dancing/moving w/ intention, through my problems, what I desire, or letting my unconscious work on what I want while my conscious mind & body dance. I find using mind & body together adds power to intentions.

I invite you to just dance/move or do more, whatever works best for you.

Moving for Live classes - In-person on Friday, start with a gentle warm-up. They move into gentle aerobics and strength, through dance moves, and finally a cool-down. Exercise increases energy levels, boosts immunity, helps with weight management, and eases symptoms of many chronic illnesses.
