What is hot yoga?
Hot yoga is a yoga class practiced in a heated room (typically around 94 degrees). The warmth helps your muscles loosen up so you can move more comfortably through poses, while the heat and flow create an energizing, full-body workout.

Benefits:
✅ Deep stretch + flexibility: Heat helps reduce stiffness and improves range of motion.
✅ Strength + tone: You’ll build muscle through steady, controlled movements.
✅ Stress relief: The combination of breath + movement can calm your nervous system fast.
✅ Sweat & detox support: You’ll sweat a lot—great for circulation and that “clean” feeling afterward.
✅ Mood boost: Expect that post-class glow (and yes, it’s real).

What to bring:
Yoga mat (you can rent mats if needed for $5)
Water (must bring!)
Towel (trust me)
Comfortable, breathable workout clothes
