The evening is designed to ground you, let you slow down, reconnect with your inner self, and release what no longer serves you, so you can start the year with a sense of fortitude and peace.
When the senses are soothed and the body feels safe, a new kind of awareness becomes available. You may notice more ease, more clarity, or simply more spaciousness inside. The evening gently shifts from sensory exploration into a field of deeper restoration, inviting reflection, emotional release, and maybe new intentions for the year ahead.
### AROMATHERAPY
Breathe in the soft embrace of carefully chosen essential oils. Each scent is designed to soothe your nervous system, awaken memory, and melt lingering tension. Allow the aromatic field to welcome you fully into the space and gently prepare your body for what follows.
### ART VIEWING
Wander through the evocative design of the Delight Factory, letting color, texture, and form stir something subtle inside. Artful surroundings have a way of shifting our inner tempo, inviting curiosity, openness, and moments of quiet contemplation before deeper journeys begin.
### SOMATIC EXPLORATION
Guided through a series of gentle, intuitive movements, you’ll give your body the chance to unwind the emotional tension carried over from the past year. As you move, your nervous system softens, your breath deepens, and your inner space becomes clearer, helping you begin the year with renewed perspective.
### SOUND MEDITATION
You’ll settle into a sea of sound created by gongs, bowls, and other overtone-rich instruments, entering a deeply soothing state that helps you reconnect with your inner self. The gentle power of the sound waves offers subtle vibrational “massages” to body and mind, supporting the release of what is no longer helpful – a soft, nurturing way to heal and return to a sense of peace.
### FOOD & ELIXIRS
Landing gently back into your body, we will gather and savor a selection of nourishing bites paired with handcrafted elixirs. Each flavor offers a moment of grounding pleasure, supporting you as you integrate the evening’s experience.

### WHAT TO BRING?
Mats, blankets and pillows will be provided, feel free to bring extra blankets, pillows, or eye masks.
Wear layered clothes that are comfortable and make you feel playful.

Sabine's path has been anything but linear, marked by resilience, reinvention, and revelations—from Europe to New York, from the fashion world to healthcare.
During her career in fashion, she discovered traditional meditation, and later sound meditation—practices that became essential tools for balance and clarity in a fast-paced universe, and later inspired her to explore wellness with a deeper sense of presence.
Experiencing through meditation the profound connection between body and mind has deepened her belief in the power of adaptability and care, values she now shares through sound meditation.
In times of constant change, she sees it as a simple yet powerful technique for anyone to ground themselves, realign, and thrive.
Trained with experienced practitioners, she brings a grounded and professional approach to every session while keeping the practice accessible, transformative, and deeply restorative.
