Join us for a soothing Sound Bath as we Tune In & Tune Up for the month ahead. This immersive sonic journey and guided meditation is designed to help you connect, restore, and realign your energy.
Stacey Justis weaves together crystal bowls, gong, voice, and more to create a deeply healing and unique sound experience.

What to Expect:

• If you prefer to lie down, please bring a yoga mat and anything that will help you feel comfortable
