Welcome to the Mind Body Spirit Fusion Meetup group! This group is dedicated to exploring the connection between the mind, body, and spirit through a holistic approach to health and wellness. We run regular half day retreats with meditation, yoga, sound healing, breath work and soul food to help you stop, ground and reset. Our priority is self care and taking the time to do the work to be the best version of ourselves.
