This group is a space for connection, healing, and intentional living through mind-body wellness experiences.
We host a variety of events designed to support the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — including gentle movement, stretch and flow sessions, sound baths, educational webinars, wellness hikes, somatic practices, and other integrative experiences rooted in self-awareness and personal growth.
Our events are welcoming, inclusive, and accessible, whether you’re brand new to wellness spaces or already have an established practice. Some gatherings are movement-based, some are educational, some are restorative, and others are community-focused — all with the intention of helping you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build meaningful connections with others.
