I truly believe that healing is possible — and that we’re not meant to do it alone.
This community was created as a space to slow down, reconnect, and explore what it means to care for ourselves in a more whole, intentional way. Through mind–body practices like gentle movement, breathwork, sound, time in nature, and thoughtful conversations, we come together to support awareness, grounding, and growth.
I’m Robyn, the founder of Mind and Body Therapy GA. This work comes from a deep belief that when we listen to our bodies, honor our nervous systems, and gather in supportive spaces, meaningful shifts can happen. Some events are calming and restorative, others are educational or energizing — all are rooted in connection, curiosity, and care for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
This group isn’t about fixing yourself or having it all figured out. It’s about showing up as you are, learning what supports you, and building community along the way.
This group offers wellness and educational experiences and is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.




**Angela Blesener, MS, LMHC, KAP**

As a somatic therapist, I approach each client with love and understanding, recognizing your individual strengths and resources. I create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore and process your experiences. Expect to encounter a gentle and attentive presence, where I follow your lead and respect your pace.

I firmly believe in not pressuring you to abandon your coping strategies, confront your traumas prematurely, or address substance abuse until you are ready. Instead, my approach is to support you in achieving your own physical and emotional well-being goals. I meet you unconditionally at your current stage of change, and together we move forward from there.

I have also personally recovered from PTSD, and I am driven by a lifelong mission to help others in their own healing journey. I welcome any questions and provide an unconditionally safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space throughout every step of your journey.
