Join us for an enlightening wellness workshop focusing on breaking the stress habit!
More than 80% of adults report experiencing stress daily. Stress affects every system of the body, suppresses the immune system, and is responsible for 75% - 95% of doctor visits (CDC, Yale, Harvard). It has a huge impact on both mental and physical health as well as productivity.
The goal of this workshop is to arm you with tools and techniques based on neuroscience and neuroplasticity that you can start using immediately to improve different aspects of your life. You will learn how to:

  • Downregulate your nervous system and get out of the stress loop in as little as 2 - 3 minutes.

  • Implement daily practice to rewire your brain to enhance well-being and productivity.

  • Quickly interrupt, alter, and replace unproductive patterns with productive ones.

  • Use the power of your subconscious mind which is at play 95% of the time and dictates how you show up in your personal and professional life without your conscious awareness.

We will conclude the workshop with guided meditation, and a copy of it will be emailed to all attendees afterward.
